The District Commandant Office, Jharkhand Home Guard, Hazaribagh has issued an important notification regarding physical and document verification of candidates who have successfully qualified the Physical, Written and Technical Examination conducted under Advertisement No. 01/2019. Candidates must appear for verification according to the block-wise schedule released by the department.
The document verification process will be conducted from 03 August 2026 to 24 August 2026 at Samaharnalaya, Hazaribagh. Separate dates have been allotted for each block and urban area. Candidates are required to report with all original documents, one set of self-attested photocopies and other prescribed certificates for verification.
Candidates must report at the venue by 9:00 AM on their allotted date. Failure to appear on the scheduled date without a valid reason may result in cancellation of candidature. Any forged or incorrect document found during verification will lead to rejection of the candidature and legal action as per rules.
