District Child Protection Unit (DCPU), West Singhbhum, Chaibasa has issued an important update regarding contractual recruitment in the Observation Home (Samprekshan Grih), Chaibasa. Applications for the concerned posts were invited under Advertisement No. 808/DCPU dated 04 October 2025, with the application process continuing up to 31 October 2025.
After scrutiny of the applications received under the advertisement, the department has prepared and published preliminary lists of eligible and ineligible candidates for the concerned posts. The attached lists contain candidate-wise details including educational qualifications, calculated weightage/score, application consideration status and reasons for rejection wherever applicable.
Candidates who have any objection regarding the preliminary scrutiny list can submit their objection in person at the District Child Protection Unit office within 7 days from the date of publication of the list on the district website. Objections can be submitted on working days. The notice clearly states that objections submitted after the prescribed period will not be accepted and subsequent claims in court will also not be entertained.
