The Office of the District Commandant, Jharkhand Home Guard, Chatra has issued an important notice regarding document verification, medical examination and bond filling for candidates shortlisted under Advertisement No. 01/2025. All shortlisted candidates are required to appear as per the schedule released by the department with their original documents.
The verification process will be conducted from 25.07.2026 to 12.08.2026 at the District Commandant Office, Jharkhand Home Guard, Chatra. Candidates must bring all original certificates, self-attested photocopies and four recent passport-size colour photographs. Separate verification dates have been allotted for different blocks of Chatra district.
Candidates must report on the scheduled date and time only. If any discrepancy is found during document verification, character verification or medical examination, the candidature will be cancelled. Candidates who fail to appear on their allotted date will be solely responsible for missing the verification process.
