Hazaribagh Home Guard Document Verification 2026 Date Revised for Urban Non-Technical & Sadar Rural Candidates NEW

The Office of the District Commandant, Jharkhand Home Guard, Hazaribagh has issued a corrigendum regarding the Physical and Document Verification process under Home Guard Recruitment Advertisement No. 01/2019. The verification process is being conducted for candidates who have qualified the Physical Test.

Physical and Document Verification was scheduled from 03 August 2026 to 24 August 2026. However, due to the large number of candidates scheduled for 24 August 2026, the verification date for Urban Non-Technical and Sadar Rural candidates has been partially revised.

Candidates belonging to Urban Non-Technical and Sadar Rural categories who were scheduled for verification on 24 August 2026 must now appear on 25 August 2026 from 10:00 AM. Candidates should note that only this part of the schedule has been changed. The remaining Physical and Document Verification programme will continue as previously scheduled.

2. Open the Recruitment section.
3. Find the corrigendum regarding Home Guard Recruitment Advertisement No. 01/2019.
4. Download and read the revised Physical and Document Verification schedule.
5. Candidates belonging to Urban Non-Technical and Sadar Rural categories should note the revised date.
6. The earlier verification date of 24 August 2026 has been changed to 25 August 2026.
7. Report for verification from 10:00 AM as instructed.
8. Candidates covered by other dates should continue to follow the previously announced schedule.
