GARHWA HOME GUARD RECRUITMENT 2025 – APPLICATION SCRUTINY NOTICE
The Office of the District Commandant, Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Garhwa has issued an important notice regarding the scrutiny of applications submitted for Home Guard Recruitment under Advertisement No. 01/2025.

GARHWA HOME GUARD RECRUITMENT 2025 – OBJECTION SUBMISSION
The Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Garhwa has invited claims and objections from applicants regarding discrepancies in their application details and supporting certificates.
OBJECTION SUBMISSION PERIOD

MODE OF SUBMISSION
Email only.
Candidates must submit their claims or objections to the designated email address for their respective block.
The block-wise email addresses are provided in Annexure-A, which is available through the official Garhwa district website and Jharkhand recruitment portal.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Candidates should download the published application scrutiny Excel sheet.
2. Verify the details entered in the original application form.
3. Check the details of supporting documents submitted with the application.
4. If any discrepancy is found, prepare a claim or objection clearly explaining the issue.
5. Include relevant supporting documents and evidence.
6. Send the objection to the designated block-wise email address mentioned in Annexure-A.
7. Ensure that the objection is submitted between 1 November and 10 November 2026, before 5:00 PM on the last date.
8. Objections submitted after the prescribed deadline will not be accepted.
9. The department will not accept objections through any method other than the designated email addresses.
10. Applicants are advised to retain a copy of their objection email and supporting documents.
PHYSICAL TEST INFORMATION
The notice also states that the Physical Test, Written Test, Technical Test and Efficiency Test for eligible candidates are tentatively expected to begin in the first week of December 2026.
However, this is only a tentative schedule.
The exact examination dates, reporting times and other instructions will be subject to further official announcements.
