JSSC ASSISTANT JAILOR PHYSICAL TEST 2026 – HAZARIBAGH SCHEDULE REVISED
Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued Important Notice No. 05 dated 30 October 2026 regarding the rescheduling of Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) dates for the Jharkhand Assistant Jailor Competitive Examination 2025 (JAJCE-2025).
The recruitment examination is being conducted under Advertisement Nos. 05/2025 and 06/2025.
The original physical test schedule was announced through Important Notice No. 02 dated 16 October 2026.
According to the latest notice, JSSC has revised the physical test dates for candidates scheduled to appear on 29, 30 and 31 October 2026 under Selection Board No. 02 at Curzon Ground, Hazaribagh.
The decision has been taken due to the possibility of heavy rainfall associated with Cyclone Arnav, wet ground conditions and communication received from the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh-cum-Chairperson, Selection Board No. 02.
Candidates affected by this change must carefully note their revised examination dates.
The remaining physical test programme will continue according to the previously announced schedule.

REASON FOR RESCHEDULING
The physical tests have been rescheduled due to the possibility of heavy rainfall associated with Cyclone Arnav and wet ground conditions.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
Only the above three physical test dates under Selection Board No. 02 have been revised.
The remaining physical test programme will continue unchanged.
Candidates scheduled to appear on other dates should follow their existing schedule unless JSSC issues further instructions.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR JSSC ASSISTANT JAILOR CANDIDATES
Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has issued the following instructions regarding the revised Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test schedule.
1. The revised dates apply to candidates whose physical tests were scheduled on 29, 30 or 31 October 2026 at Curzon Ground, Hazaribagh, under Selection Board No. 02.
2. Candidates originally scheduled for 29 October 2026 must now appear on 10 November 2026.
3. Candidates originally scheduled for 30 October 2026 must now appear on 11 November 2026.
4. Candidates originally scheduled for 31 October 2026 must now appear on 12 November 2026.
5. All remaining physical test dates will remain unchanged.
6. Candidates are NOT required to download their admit cards again.
7. Important Notice No. 02 dated 16 October 2026 and Important Notice No. 03 dated 22 October 2026 have been modified only to the extent specified in Important Notice No. 05.
8. All other provisions and instructions of the earlier notices remain unchanged.
9. Candidates should follow the applicable reporting time and other instructions issued by JSSC.
10. Candidates must carefully check their original examination dates and the revised schedule.
11. Candidates should regularly visit the official JSSC website for further announcements.

This notice concerns the rescheduling of physical examinations only.
It is not an examination result, fresh admit card announcement or final selection notice.
