Eligibility
- NAPS Trainee – ITI in any trade; age 18–28 years.
- Tools Maintainer – ITI in any trade; age 18–35 years.
- Packing & Quality – 10th or 12th Pass; age 18–35 years.
- Packing Tools – 10th, 12th or ITI; age 18–40 years.
- Candidates must be registered with an Employment Exchange in Jharkhand.
Salary Details
- NAPS Trainee: ₹18,000
- Tools Maintainer: ₹15,000 for 8 hours
- Packing & Quality: ₹16,000 for 8 hours
- Packing Tools: ₹22,000 for 12 hours

Candidates must be registered with an Employment Exchange in Jharkhand. Candidates who are not already registered can complete their registration through the Jharkhand Employment Portal before participating in the recruitment camp.
The notification also advises candidates to register on the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
