Office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Dhanbad has released an Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of Consultant Specialist Doctors to strengthen healthcare services at Sadar Hospital, Dhanbad. Eligible specialist doctors are invited to join the consultant panel on a contractual basis under the prescribed government guidelines.
The empanelment process is being conducted on a rolling basis. Interested candidates possessing the prescribed qualifications may appear in the Walk-in Interview held every month along with the prescribed application form and original documents. 0

Salary
Selected Consultant Specialists shall be paid remuneration as per the Health Department Resolution dated 11.04.2025. Consultant Specialists will receive ₹300 per patient subject to a minimum monthly remuneration of ₹4,00,000/-. Any revision made by the State Government shall be applicable automatically. 1
General Instructions
- The empanelment will be carried out through Expression of Interest (EOI).
- The panel of Consultant Specialists will be prepared as per hospital requirements.
- The recruitment process will remain open on a rolling basis.
- Government doctors presently in service are not eligible to apply.
- Performance of Consultant Doctors will be reviewed periodically.
- Unsatisfactory performance may result in removal from the consultant panel.
- The department reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
