Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited (JUIDCO), a Government of Jharkhand Undertaking under the administrative control of the Urban Development & Housing Department, has invited applications for recruitment to 07 posts at different levels.

Post-wise Vacancy & Remuneration:
- Dy. Project Director, EAP: 01 Post – ₹1,40,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month.
- Deputy General Manager (Water Supply & Sewerage): 01 Post – remuneration as per deputation/absorption norms or enhancement of 10–20% on previous salary for direct contractual recruitment, subject to maximum ₹2,25,000.
- Project Manager (Works & Planning): 04 Posts (ST-2, EWS-1, BC-I-1) – ₹60,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
- Manager (Legal): 01 Post – ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
Dy. Project Director, EAP:
Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech in any discipline along with a Management Course/MBA, preferably MBA in Finance, and minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Preference will be given to candidates having exposure to World Bank, Asian Development Bank or other externally funded projects, large-scale investment decisions, management of large teams and budgets, and urban infrastructure development.
Deputy General Manager (Water Supply & Sewerage):
Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. For direct contractual recruitment, candidates should have relevant Civil Engineering experience, including at least 3 years as Senior Manager or equivalent, with total experience of at least 12 years in water supply and sewerage works.
Deputation/absorption candidates should be serving in a reputed PSU/State Government/Central Government Civil Engineering Works Department at the prescribed level.
The incumbent should also have experience of managing at least one Water Supply or Sewerage project costing ₹200 crore as head/overall in-charge.
Project Manager (Works & Planning):
Candidates should possess a Postgraduate Degree obtained through GATE score in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST) and minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in State/Central Government, PSU or listed company.
Alternatively, candidates having B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST) and 10 years post-qualification experience may apply, subject to the prescribed experience conditions. At least 3 years should be as Deputy Project Manager/Assistant Engineer or equivalent.
Manager (Legal):
Candidates should possess LL.B. with at least 55% marks from a recognized University along with minimum 5 years of experience as a practitioner or relevant work experience.
Period of Engagement:
Contractual/deputation recruitment will generally be for 5 years from the date of appointment. The engagement may be extended or terminated depending upon satisfactory or unsatisfactory service.
