Eligibility:
- LLB with valid Bar Council of India / concerned State Bar Council enrolment.
- Valid Certificate of Practice, wherever applicable.
- AIBE qualified, wherever applicable.
- Minimum 05 years of legal practice.
- Experience in handling tender and procurement matters before High Court and Civil Court.
Preference may be given to candidates having experience of representing Government Departments, Government Organisations, Institutions or PSUs before Courts and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums.
Selection Process:
- Academic Qualification: 40 Marks
- Experience: 40 Marks
- Interview: 20 Marks
- Total: 100 Marks
Scope of Work:
- Preparation of statements of facts, parawise comments, written statements and defence.
- Drafting Counter Affidavits, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions, SLPs, Caveats, IAs, Appeals, Review Petitions and legal notices.
- Representation before Jharkhand High Court, Supreme Court, District Courts, Tribunals, Arbitrators and other forums.
- Providing legal opinions on contractual, service, tender, infrastructure, civil and administrative matters.
- Monitoring court cases, hearing dates, orders, limitation periods and compliance requirements.
Honorarium:
The selected Practicing Lawyer will receive ₹25,000 per month.
Engagement Period:
The initial retainership will be for 01 year and may be extended for a further 01 year based on performance.
