Project Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize fabrication process flow for fluorinated graphene.
- Work on graphene-based semiconductor and nanoelectronics devices.
- Maintain experimental records and laboratory documentation.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers and scientific publications.
- Collaborate with industry partners for successful execution of the research project.
Salary
Selected candidate will receive a fellowship of ₹37,000/- per month for the first two years and ₹42,000/- per month during the third year as per ANRF norms.
