Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), Simdega has invited offline applications for the engagement of Guest Teachers in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) of Simdega district. Eligible candidates can apply for TGT, PGT, PET and Librarian posts.

Educational Qualification:
- PGT Posts: Relevant Postgraduate Degree with at least 50% marks and B.Ed., or other qualifications prescribed under NESTS Recruitment Rules.
- TGT Posts: Relevant Graduation Degree with B.Ed. and CTET Paper-II qualification, as applicable under NESTS Recruitment Rules.
- PET: B.P.Ed. / Physical Education qualification as prescribed in the official notification.
- Librarian: Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science with at least 50% marks.
- Post-wise subject combinations, required marks and other eligibility conditions must be checked carefully in the official notification.
Honorarium:
- PGT: ₹35,000 per month with NESTS-prescribed qualification; ₹31,000 without prescribed qualification.
- TGT: ₹33,000 per month with NESTS-prescribed qualification; ₹29,000 without prescribed qualification.
Age Limit:
Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 60 Years.
How to Apply:
Fill the prescribed application form and attach self-attested copies of all educational certificates, other required documents and a passport-size photograph. Send the complete application only through Registered Post / Speed Post to the office of the Project Director, ITDA, Simdega.

Selection Procedure:
Eligible applicants will be called for Walk-in Interview / Skill Test. The date and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
Important Instructions:
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual.
- Selected candidates must join the allotted school within 7 days.
- Guest teachers may be required to participate in co-curricular activities.
- Only Government / State Government / NESTS-declared holidays will be admissible.
