District Health Society, Palamu VBD Consultant Recruitment 2026
District Health Society, Palamu under the National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand has released an official notification for recruitment to the post of VBD Consultant under the National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP). The appointment will be made purely on a contractual basis to strengthen vector borne disease surveillance, monitoring and control activities in Palamu district.
There is 01 Unreserved (UR) vacancy carrying a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹43,923/-. Job Responsibilities
- Support implementation of National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme.
- Develop and monitor vector control strategies.
- Conduct surveillance and analysis of vector borne diseases.
- Coordinate with district health officials and programme staff.
- Prepare technical reports, monitoring reports and programme documentation.
- Assist in planning, supervision and evaluation of disease control activities.
