Educational Qualification:
Block Technology Manager: Post Graduate qualification in Agriculture or Allied Sector with Computer Skill.
Assistant Technology Manager: Graduate in Agriculture or Post Graduate in Agriculture/Allied Sector.
Relevant Agriculture/Allied subjects recognised under the applicable ICAR norms will be considered as prescribed in the notification.
Experience:
- BTM: Minimum 02 Years experience in Agriculture-related activities.
- ATM: Preferably 01 Year experience in Agriculture-related activities.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on academic qualification, computer skill and relevant work experience, with a total evaluation of 100 marks.
Appearance in the prescribed Computer Proficiency Test is mandatory.
Qualifying Marks:
- Unreserved: 50 Marks
- Reserved / Backlog Category: 40 Marks
Age Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are below 45 years of age on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Contract Period:
The initial engagement will be for 01 year.
The contract may be renewed yearly on the basis of the candidate's Performance Appraisal Report and requirement.
Remuneration:
- Block Technology Manager: ₹30,000 per Month
- Assistant Technology Manager: ₹25,000 per Month
Application Fee:
Candidates must submit an application fee of ₹500 for each post applied for through Bank Draft.

Important Conditions:
- Separate application/fee is required for each post.
- Candidates currently employed must submit a No Objection Certificate.
- District-level reservation roster will apply.
- Local candidates of Simdega/Jharkhand may receive preference as prescribed.
- Selected candidates will have to execute a contractual agreement with the Project Director, ATMA.
