The Office of the District Rural Development Branch, Simdega has issued an important order regarding recruitment to the posts of Block Coordinator and Lekhapal-cum-Computer Operator (Block Level) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G). The recruitment process was initiated through an advertisement issued under Office Memo No. 1077(ii) dated 25.07.2025.

The Written and Skill Test for the recruitment was conducted on 12 June 2026. After publication of the merit list of selected candidates, the concerned candidates have now been called for verification of their original educational certificates and other documents.

Selected candidates must report to the District Rural Development Branch, Simdega on 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM with their original educational certificates/documents. After successful verification of the documents, appointment letters will be issued to the selected candidates.

1. Visit the official Simdega district website.
2. Open the Recruitment or Latest Notices section.
3. Find the PMAY-G recruitment document verification notice.
4. Check whether your name is included among the selected candidates.
5. Keep all original educational certificates and relevant documents ready.
6. Report to the District Rural Development Branch, Simdega on 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
7. Complete the document verification process as instructed.
8. Appointment letters will be issued after successful verification.
