The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued a critical update (Important Notice No. 41) dated July 15, 2026, concerning the Jharkhand Excise Constable Competitive Examination-2023 (झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा–2023) under Advertisement No. 06/2023.
The initial medical examination for shortlisted candidates took place from July 1, 2026, to July 14, 2026 (excluding Sundays and public holidays), at the Auditorium, 8th Floor, Sadar Hospital, Ranchi. For candidates who missed their scheduled slots, the Commission has released a list of 63 absent candidates who are being given one last opportunity to undergo their medical tests.
