Godda Home Guard Re-Enrolment 2026 – Schedule Released for Home Guards Completing 5-Year Bond NEW

District Commandant, Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Godda has issued an important notice regarding re-enrolment of Home Guards whose five-year bond period is ending in 2026. The re-enrolment process is being conducted in accordance with the prescribed provisions for continuation of eligible Home Guards after completion of their bond period.

According to the notice, the re-enrolment process will be conducted on 30 September 2026 at the District Commandant Office, Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Godda. Home Guards from Meherma, Boarijor, Thakurgangti, Mahagama, Pathargama, Godda Rural, Podaiyahat and Sundarpahari have been included in the schedule.

Concerned Home Guards must appear in person with the prescribed original documents and self-attested photocopies. The department will verify the required documents before completing the re-enrolment process. The notice clearly states that Home Guards who fail to appear on the scheduled date will not be considered for re-enrolment.

2. Check whether your block/area and details are covered under the published schedule.
3. Concerned Home Guards must appear on 30 September 2026 at the District Commandant Office, Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Godda.
4. Carry the prescribed original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
5. Carry a self-attested copy of the original enrolment-related certificate.
6. Carry a self-attested copy of the date-of-birth certificate submitted at the time of enrolment.
7. Carry a self-attested copy of the identity card.
8. Carry a self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card.
9. Carry 6 recent colour passport-size photographs in uniform.
10. Carry self-attested copies of residential and caste certificates, as applicable.
11. Carry a self-attested copy of the passbook.
12. Carry self-attested copies of two duty command certificates from duties performed during the previous five years.
13. After verification of the required documents, the re-enrolment process will be completed.
14. Home Guards who remain absent on the scheduled date will not be considered for re-enrolment.
