Under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Rules 2020, the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU), Godda, has taken steps to form a specialized panel of "Support Persons" (सहायक व्यक्ति) to provide psychological and critical logistics assistance to children.
Following the processing of applications received via registered post against Advertisement No. 01/2026, the department officially published the preliminary screening list of candidates on July 2, 2026. This list is currently hosted on the district portal for candidate review, objections, and final adjustments.

📍Candidates whose details or evaluation records appear in the preliminary list have a limited window to point out inaccuracies or file official grievances.
📍Last Date to File Objections: On or before July 6, 2026, by 4:00 PM.
📍How to Submit: Applications for claims or corrections can either be directly submitted in writing at the District Child Protection Unit, Godda office, or emailed officially to dcpsgodda01@gmail.com.
📍Crucial Note: Any objection received after the 4:00 PM cutoff on July 6 will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The resolution of filed objections as well as the formal interview phase will occur concurrently.
