Post-wise Vacancies, Qualification & Remuneration:
1. Staff Nurse – RCH
- Vacancy: 01 (UR)
- Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate with 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course from a Government-recognised institution.
- Candidate must be registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Remuneration: ₹16,564 per month
2. Staff Nurse – NBSU
- Vacancy: 01 (SC)
- Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate with 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course from a Government-recognised institution.
- Candidate must be registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Remuneration: ₹16,564 per month
3. District Public Private Mix (PPM) Coordinator – NTEP
- Vacancy: 01 (UR)
- Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Communication / ACSM / Public Private Partnership / Health Projects or Programmes.
- Permanent two-wheeler driving licence and ability to drive a two-wheeler.
- Remuneration: ₹18,000 per month
Preferential Qualification for PPM Coordinator: Experience in RNTCP; Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Social Science, Mass Media, Communication or Rural Development Advocacy; and basic knowledge of computers.
4. ANM – RCH (Backlog)
- Vacancies: 06 (SC-04, EWS-02)
- Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent with ANM course from an institution recognised by Government and approved by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Candidate must be registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Remuneration: ₹11,466 per month
5. Block Data Manager – RCH (Backlog)
- Vacancy: 01 (ST)
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University with prescribed Computer Diploma/PG Diploma/DOEACC qualification or Bachelor's qualification in Computer Application / IT / Computer Science as specified.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant experience with a reputed organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and fluency in local language, both written and oral.
- Remuneration: ₹15,000 per month
6. ARSH Counsellor
- Vacancy: 01 (ST)
- Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 1 year experience in adolescent-related work.
- Knowledge of adolescent developmental stages.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Remuneration: ₹15,000 per month
7. Sanitary Attendant – NPHCE
- Vacancy: 01 (UR)
- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- At least 2 years experience working in a hospital.
- Remuneration: ₹10,000 per month
8. Rehabilitation Worker – NPHCE
- Vacancies: 06 (UR-03, ST-03)
- Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
- One-and-half-year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MR/HI/ASD/VI) or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker (CBRW) from a recognised institute.
- Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a hospital.
- Remuneration: ₹16,564 per month
Age Limit:
Age will be calculated as on 31 August 2026.
- UR: Maximum 35 Years
- BC-I / BC-II: Maximum 37 Years
- Female (UR/BC-I/BC-II): Maximum 38 Years
- SC/ST (Male & Female): Maximum 40 Years
- EWS: Maximum 35 Years
For Persons with Disabilities, the corresponding maximum age limits are 45, 47, 48, 50 and 45 years respectively as prescribed in the notification.
Period of Engagement:
Appointment will initially be made on contract for one year. The contract may be extended one year at a time on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal and requirement.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of a 100-mark evaluation scheme:
- 10th Board Marks: 10 Marks
- 12th Board Marks: 10 Marks
- Essential Qualification: 40 Marks
- Relevant Higher Qualification: 25 Marks
- Interview / Written Test: 15 Marks
Marks for academic qualifications will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. If required, shortlisted candidates may be called for written test / skill test / interview as applicable.

- General / BC-I / BC-II / EWS: ₹400 per post
- SC / ST: ₹200 per post
The prescribed fee must be submitted through a Demand Draft in favour of District Rural Health Society, Simdega-RCH.
