Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline, including AYUSH, along with any one of the following prescribed qualifications:
- MBA in Healthcare Management; or
- Master's in Health/Hospital Administration; or
- Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management of two years duration from an AICTE-recognized institute.
Experience:
Candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience in a Public Health Programme and exposure to social-sector schemes/missions at National, State or District level.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in the Health sector including AYUSH.
Computer Knowledge:
Computer knowledge including MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is required/desirable as prescribed in the recruitment notice.
Remuneration:
The selected District Programme Manager will receive remuneration of ₹50,000 per month.
Period of Engagement:
The contractual engagement will initially be for one year from the date of appointment. The contract may be extended or terminated depending upon satisfactory or unsatisfactory service as per the conditions of the recruitment.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification and Personal Interview. The Personal Interview will be conducted under the chairmanship of the District Commissioner. If the number of applicants increases considerably, a Written Examination may also be conducted by the competent authority.
