About the Post:
The selected Law Executive will provide legal and regulatory support to JSF&CSCL in matters relating to litigation, contracts, procurement, statutory compliance, dispute resolution and other legal affairs of the Corporation.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess an LL.B. Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience Requirement:
Candidates must fulfil either of the following experience conditions:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, litigation, legal advisory services, drafting and vetting of legal documents, contract management or related legal matters;
OR
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive, Legal Officer, Legal Consultant or in an equivalent legal position in a Central Government Department, State Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Autonomous Body, Statutory Body or reputed Company.
